I have not been able to play much this past month, with all the holiday hustle and bustle and all the cooking and cleaning whew! So after i took the grand kids to the movies today saw Happy Feet 2 real Cute movie. i managed to have a little quite time and played a little. so here is a card i made. using a spell binders punch for the dress, and some shine/glimmer paper

Door, wreath

Merry Christmas from our family to yours. the Door is a digital image it does have a wreath on it but i wanted to use the Gina K  stamp so i embossed it in a dark green and colored with copics, i really did struggle with the back ground from the papers i have. and the saying is from a Cd from paper wishes.

Kanban products

here are a few cards made using some kanban products i got from paper wishes they are pretty easy to put together and a quick card to make.

Music theme Card

Hi and good afternoon, sorry i have not posted any thing in a while I have bee sick with the Flu. so on my day off today (home sick) i made a card for our PW swap. it is a music theme card and so i decided on A Partridge in a Pear Tree.

I hope she will enjoy it.most all products are from Paper wishes, the red paper is a lovely velvet paper i did not want to cover it up.

One Layer card, Ornaments

here is a very simple card i made for a challenge at Gina K or Stamp TV. we are to make a 1 layer card Now this is very hard for me because i LOVE my layers.

I used a larger Cuttle bug embossing folder and embossed one side of a card I inked the folder with different colors first and then ran it thru. i added some more color after words. to make it shine a little.

MotorCycle Santa

Motor cycle Santa is a stamp i got From viva las Vegas stamps, he is embossed and colored with copic markers, the gold on the bike is colored with my gold leafing pen. i hand cut himout. and hand cut my road and hill, ran them thru my cuttle bug folders. and also embossed the Merry Christmas
it is made fore a color challenge at Paperwishes, and he will go to a co-worker of mine who dressed up as Santa last year rode his Harley to donate toys for some needy children,

Mr Snowman

good evening, i made this Mr Snowman for a challenge over at Gina K Designs, we are to Case a card from one of the design team. i choose to case a Mrs Snowman for Donna Baker. so i mixed it up a bit and made a mr Snowman in blue. Blue paper is from Gina K, stamp is a digital stamp i colored with copics, and i ran another blue layer thru my cuttle bug snowflake folder.

Ribbon rose

Some people have asked me how to make a ribbon rose so i went and dug up the printed off paper to find the instructions

Wedding Card for Brittney Ping

This card is made for my Husbands co-worker his daughter is getting married, even tho we are unable to attend the wedding i wanted to send them this card and gift.
her colors are a plum like color and this is the closest i could get. i hope she will like it.

Paisley Turkey

Good morning my crafty friends, over at the Paperwishes blog we are doing our monthly card swap and the theme this month was to make a card usaing Paisley and a turkey. now that was a challenge so this is what i came up with i used some paisley paper to cover my turkey with and used a scalloped punch for his tail feathers using paisley papers there also. i put him on a Action Wobble so he would waddle or wiggle. LOL... i think my turkery looks like he went thru a paint store, hahahaha or maybe i was inspired by my most resent visit to Las Vegas and Fremont street, i hope the person enjoys it and it will bring a smile as it did me.

GKD challenges

here are 2 cards made for GKD challenges 1 is a non traditional color so i did blues and browns, with a dark pink. very different.

and the other is a sketch challenge.

Christmas bear

 Here is my Christmas Bear. i made most of it on my Cricut Machine designed in the Craft room at cricut.com I saw these very cool items called action wobbles and I have some on order but in the mean time i was to excited to wait so i made my own wobble image it really wobbles so cool, i used some 24 gauge beading wire and a hot glue gun attacted to some clear Acetate. i think that is the word for it?.

and this is a Halloween Card made for a card swap on PW i cut out the skelton and put him together with brads so his arms and legs move.

here is a card made with some paper tole i got from a kit at HOTP or paperwishes. All paper and items are from paperwishes and i sewed around the edges and across the middle

Shane's 1st birthday card

Hi every one here is a little Wiggle card I made for my grandson he will be turning 1 soon. i wanted to make the monkey wiggle so i attaqched a spring like coil i made with some wire. the monkey is a digital stamp i colored with some colored pencils and blended the color with mona lisa oderless solvent. i saw this on Stamp TV and wanted to give it a try.

Viva Las Vegas Stamps

Hi everyone. I am so Excited I added a new web site to my Blog here
http://www.vivalasvegastamps.com/ and this store is Awsome, when you add the badge they send you a grab bag of goodies i just got confirmation that it is being sent. :) I had also told them i was going to be in Vegas this month and they are going to open the store for me what a super awsome Customer Service or store. (they are normaly closed on Sat and Sun) I just watched the viedo that shows the store there are so many STAMPS i am over welmed and i know my Hubby is going to be just happy walking that store with me I better bring lots of cash, I can spend there instead of Gambling right I am not a gambler anyways just a thought. well go check out the site i am sure you will enjoy it.

striped background

good afternoon and happy Crafting Day well at least it is for me. (in between Laundry and house work). over at Stamp TV they are having a challenge to make your own plaid or striped background, so here is my attempt at that. I used my copic markers and a ruler to create this background i thenk it turned out pretty well, and the Image is a digital stamp that i also colored with copic markers and i hand wrote my saying with a gel pen, the image reminded me of a child bringing home all there dirty laundry.

And my Bird card was intend for a bird challenge on Stamp Tv from last week but i did not make it in time. oh well i had fun making it.

good Evening my friends, well over at PW (paperwishes) we have a different kind of card swap going on. this month we send 3 to 5 items to have your partner create a card with they can add items also if they so choose. here is a picture of the card i got back.

i Sent the Red embossed paper some ribbon, and 2 buttons, and the black bike dazzles (a product from PW)

and She made the card and added 2 different sayings to choose from. and added the background paper.

Scarecrow

hello and good afternoon, i made a few last night and i am working on a bird one for Stamp TV challenge, i have not joined any challenges in a while. i need to surf and look at whats out there

 Christmas Tree made for challenge on PW you had to use christmas trees on a card.

  here is a scarecrow i got the Digi stamp and had to make something, the pumkins are cut with my Cricut.

All these flowers i made using a scallop punch, using anywhere from 3 to 8 punches, some are crumpled some are cut and molded and some are made using the tea bag fold. and my favorite is the rose it is little and looks great on cards for that special touch. i used a quiling tool on that one.

Good evening my friends, i hope everyone had a wonderful week. I sure did i have been wanting a new Motorhome for years now it has been getting difficult to jump up to the top bunk as i get older. so Finaly MY HUBBY RELENTED we got a new 30 foot travel trailer i am so excited i can not wait to get it home.

ok enough ot that Well i managed to play a little and here are a few cards i made tonight. the top card i made using stamp around the page stamps from Martha Stewart the Image is from the freebie site ( see Badge to the right) I made the flowers i am going to have to make some more i really like these. and i then i added some gold leaves.

The next card i got a free download of some tags ans art from PW and on the bottom there is a couple of square images and i thought these would make a nice tea bag fold design so that is what i made and stamped some green.

Feather/flower

Hello and good evening. well i was playing with a  new Stamp around the page i got from HSN martha Stewart I made the flowers my self and added a feather and bow around the saying. now that i look at it in a picture the Bow makes it all look crooked to me? the stamps go all around onto the back.

Vacation is Over

Hi everyone. well it has been a little while since i have posted i was on a little vacation up in Idaho for 2 weeks took 2 of the Grand kids we had a blast. and so i have been tryinjg to caught up on all my stuff. here are a few cards i have been working on. hello again, these 2 cards i made useing some free art from http://www.paperprintables.com/ this is a awsome site i got the teabag folding image and watched a viedo on how to do it. also i got this decoupage it is like paper toil same thing you cut out the images and stack them on top of each other.

Hi there well it has bee a little while since i posted anything i have bee in kind of a slump, also trying to get ready for a vacation at work and at home. here are a few cards i made this week. 2 are from Paperwishes, i got a new bi-mothly kit for paper toil or is it tole? anyways these are super easy kits you just pop them out and stack them together and of course i had to add my own special touch.
