Snowman card and Vintage hat card

Hi again well my week end is over and back to work and no more playing for me until next week. i made a Vintage Hat card and another Snowman card, the snowman card i experimented a little with some paints on the bottom i got these powders that I thought was embossing powders but they are a glimmer powder that you mix with paint I think, there really was  no instructions to them, it just said to use with stamps?
